In-kind donations may consist of products or services that have been approved by AEDF, in which case the level will be determined by the donation’s fair market value or cost to the sponsor. Arkansas Earth Day is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, thus all donations are tax deductible .Criteria for sponsorship is a business, organization or individual who/that provides products and/or services which contribute directly to environmental sustainability.
